INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY AT DESBRAVADOR

On Friday, March 10, Desbravador brought together nearly 80 ladies for an event related to International Women's Day, celebrated on the 8th of that month.  

This moment happened at the headquarters in Chapecó and was also transmitted to the branches in Buenos Aires (AR), Brasília, Florianopolis, Fortaleza, Foz do Iguaçu, Salvador, and São Paulo, as well as to the employees who work from home. 

Considering that March 8 is an important date for raising awareness about women's rights, seeking equality, and recognizing and celebrating the achievements during the journey, Desbravador has planned a moment of integration, exchange of experiences and sharing of ideas. 

The event started with a video of testimonials recorded by some of Desbravador Coordinators who spoke about the challenges and advances of women in the labor market, especially in technology area, reconciling all of this with the demands of personal life. 

 Next, Clinical Psychologist, Tatiane Sberse, from Unimed Chapecó, spoke on “The modern woman and the challenge of expanding self-care”. The professional addressed mainly the themes: self-care, self-esteem, physical, emotional, and mental well-being; and urged the participants to share a little about what they most admire about themselves. 

Tatiane also recalled the importance of maintaining a minimally regulated sleep, food, and exercise routine, highlighting how these basic activities are capable of making the routine much lighter and healthier. 

Some collaborators shared their life experiences, talking about self-esteem and the importance of seeking professional help to deal with personal issues, as well as regarding the female ability to change, adapt and multitask simultaneously. 

To end the day, there was a coffee break. Employees at the branches received a voucher to have a moment of integration with their colleagues.
